Prior to launching my consultancy, I worked in senior management roles at advertising and sales promotion agencies in Philadelphia, New York and Washington, D.C.
From 2012 through mid-2014, I stepped away from consulting to become the Executive Director for the National Association of Professional Organizers. As the association’s chief staff officer, I led the planning and launch of major communication technology initiatives to enhance membership value and engagement. In 2013, I was presented with the Special Service to NAPO Award for my vision, commitment and perseverance. The business challenges and opportunities of nonprofit management have broadened the experience and services that I offer.
